Just a few moments ago, IceFrog has released another bug fix patch in the form of DotA 6.69c. The changelogs of this patch are not mentioned by the developer but, he addressed some major bugs such as Syllabear, Linken Sphere & Manta Style bug . Dota 6.69c Map is likely to be a stable release and may be considered in leagues and tournament matches.

DotA 6.67b AI / AI+ Rev2d Map Download has been released by PleaseBugMeNot & Harreke. This is the the fifth release of 6.67b AI map so far. In this revision they have fixed so many bugs and improved the Artificial Intelligence a lot, they can use items properly, gank, chase etc. Also, he has added a mode which allows you to change AI names, check changelogs for more details.

 In IceFrog's latest blog, he has posted another development update of the
 next patch. This time, he has confirmed the appearance of new loading
 screen which will be included in DotA 6.69. Also, the development for next
 patch is progressing nicely like to be finished in near future, he added.

Garena Utilities v1.00

Here is a new Garena Tool written in AutoHotkey. This tool is called Garena Utilities (I do not know if that kind of Application Name is already published, if yes please do tell me), it is only now on version 1.0.0, alpha stage. This tool will be added to X AHK in the near future.
